We are looking for an experiencedSalesEngineerto join a long-established and growingEngineering business in Liverpool. Excellent working environment and benefits.
The successfulSalesEngineerwill be key to the continual growth of the business. Using telephone techniques and backed up by direct and electronic marketing, theSalesEngineerwill be a well organised determined individual who will assist the General Manager by prospecting and arranging face to facesalesmeetings and opportunities forSalesteam.
The company offer an attractive salary circa £45,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) plus company car, pension, bonus 2% commission on all newsalesfor the first 6 months. Thereafter there is a £10k annual bonus for achieving turnover (paid quarterly) and an uncapped 1.5% of equipmentsalessubject to an agreed target being reached.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maximisesalesof all the companies services into existing customers and prospective customers
-Implement Marketing Schedule as directed by the General Manager.
-Creation of marketing information and send to prospects and customers
-Locating and calling prospects to make appointments
-Identify key drivers for customers
-Sell all services into existing accounts
-Monitorsalesrevenues for customers and act to maximisesales
-Weekly reporting
Skills & Experience Required:
-Previous experience in a similarsales& marketing environment
-Knowledge / experience of static and dynamic balancing and balancing machines.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Understanding of electro-mechanicalengineering an advantage
