Role Overview
As a Residential Sales Representative with Focus, you’ll be working directly with customers in residential areas across Liverpool, helping to promote and sell our clients' offerings in a personalised, engaging way. Since this is a self-employed position, you’ll have the flexibility to set your approach while enjoying a structured base pay along with performance-based commission.
Sales Representative Key Responsibilities
- Connecting with potential customers in their homes, providing a friendly, informative experience to explain our clients' products and services.
- Achieving sales targets and maximising earning potential through commission, with progression opportunities available based on performance.
- Developing product knowledge to address customer questions and build trust.
- Working collaboratively with the team to share insights and improve overall strategies for residential sales success.
- Reporting customer feedback to inform and enhance Focus’s outreach and engagement efforts.
