Calling all SAP Super users, we have 3 vacancies to join a new department with our logistics customer

You will play an integral part in controlling the movement of goods and transport for their customers.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a transport environment

To be considered for the role you must be able to work shifts, earlies and lates, rotating, Monday to Friday

In your role as SAP Transport Controller:

  • Coordination with both EU/UK Operations teams and the customer in a time pressured environment to ensure accurate information is provided/ acted upon
  • Maintaining and co-ordinating deliveries
  • Update and maintain the SAP system for all Yard Management moves inbound to the customer receiving deck
  • To identify, solve and report operational inconsistencies, problems and delays and where applicable escalate to senior management
  • Feedback from Operations/ Planning and the customer in relation to queries/ issue resolution
  • Booking additional slots for extra deliveries, cancelling slots for collections not required. Controlling, maintaining and arranging dock slots as per the dock plan and operational requirements.
  • Liaise with all departments
  • Generate accurate reports for customer and senior management
