We are recruiting for a lunchtime supervisor at a Special Needs School in Liverpool for children aged 11-19.
The position requires working Monday to Friday from 11:40 AM to 1:40 PM, offering a pay rate of £150 per week.
Duties include supervising students during lunch, facilitating positive interactions, and supporting behavior management in line with school policies.
Candidates should have experience supporting children or in the care sector and the ability to engage with children with special needs.
Availability during school term time is essential for this role.

We are currently recrcuiting for a lunch time supervisor to work in a Special Needs School for children aged 11-19 in Liverpool

Hours: 11:40-13:40

Days: Monday - Friday

Pay: 150 per week

Duties

Actively monitor and supervise students with a range of diverse needs during the lunch break, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. This includes being vigilant for any potential hazards or incidents.
Facilitate positive social interactions and play amongst students, encouraging them to engage with their peers in a respectful and inclusive manner.
Support students in managing their behavior in line with the school's policies and individual behavior support plans. This might involve de-escalating situations, redirecting students, and reinforcing positive behavior.
Support other staff members with supporting children and covering them as and when needed.
