Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Remote/Hybrid My client is seeking an experienced Senior Solicitor to join their specialist Clinical Negligence team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator to handle a high-quality caseload with significant autonomy, while also supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.The successful candidate will manage a caseload from inception to resolution, taking a proactive, commercially focused approach. They will liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to ensure each case is progressed efficiently and with empathy.The team includes several accredited specialists (APIL, AvMA, Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel), and the firm prides itself on its supportive, high-performing environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and progressing clinical negligence cases independently
  • Advising on strategy and supporting team members
  • Drafting legal documentation and negotiating settlements
  • Meeting financial performance KPIs and maintaining accurate time recording
Requirements:
  • 8+ years’ PQE in clinical negligence
  • Strong technical, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and work collaboratively
