What You'll Do:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's development
Utilise innovative teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience
Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and flexible approach to teaching and learning
A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children
