BettingJobs are working with a well-established iGaming company based in Liverpool who are seeking a KYC Analyst (Out of Hours) to join their team. As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring customer activity and performing checks to ensure gambling safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The KYC Analyst role would be well suited to an individual with prior experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry who is flexible working out of core hours.

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor live feeds of customer play and act upon players displaying potential risk factors
  • To contact customers displaying potential risk and completing safer gambling conversations and affordability assessments
  • Review longer term player activity and prepare initial risk assessments
  • Review evaluations of customer interactions
  • Prepare comprehensive end of shift handover reports to the core hours team
  • To assist with processing withdrawals, the monitoring of duplicate accounts and self-excluded players and assist with player verification
  • Monitor inbound email communication
  • Any other associated duties required from time to time to meet the departmental responsibilities and goals

Requirements:

  • Experience of completing risk profiles and assessments
  • Experience of working in the UK Gambling Industry
  • A great attention to detail with experience of analysing data/reports/trends
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Packages
  • A willingness and flexibility to work non-core hours shifts (nights and weekends)
