Job Description - Repairs Manager
Liverpool
For a Housing Association
£42k plus van and Fuel card
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of repair jobs, from initial scoping to completion, ensuring client specifications are met, and work is carried out safely.
- Attend validation inspections and accurately scope works.
- Utilise the Total Mobile Dashboard to manage job workflow, respond to client inquiries, and record job notes accurately.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce site safety regulations.
- Create and review Health and Safety Files prior to project commencement.
- Anticipate and resolve problems, minimising risks by strictly adhering to health and safety policies.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cyclical workstreams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with supply chain delivery models.
- Proficiency in Total Mobile and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle emergencies and effectively prioritise workload.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
Qualifications:
- Relevant site management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
