Join our Client Team, a growing social enterprise, as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner within our Out of Hours Services. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a £4,000 combined welcome and retention bonus, NHS pension, and access to the NHS car fleet scheme.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Conduct face-to-face and telephone triage consultations.
  • Interpret pathology/radiology results/reports.
  • Prescribe and review medication.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate effective management plans for patients.
  • Work autonomously within professional boundaries, supported by GP colleagues in an out-of-hours setting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
  • Ability to undertake comprehensive assessments, diagnose, plan, and prescribe medication.
  • Experience in the acute sector, urgent/emergency services, or out-of-hours services at a senior level.
  • Proficiency in conducting comprehensive face-to-face clinical examinations and telephone consultations.
