Sonic Summary

Our client, a large property services company in Merseyside, is seeking a Floor Layer to join their responsive repairs team due to an increase in workload.
Candidates should have experience as a floor layer in social housing, particularly with safety flooring, and must possess a full clean driving license and a CSCS card.
An NVQ or equivalent in floor laying is also required for this position.
The role involves duties such as vinyl flooring, screeding, floor tiling, and wet room flooring.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering 39-hour work weeks, a van, and a fuel card, with a salary of £XX, and candidates must be willing to be paid PAYE.

Our client is a large property services client based in Merseyside. Due to an influx in work, they are looking for a Floor Layer to join their responsive repairs team in the Merseyside area.

To be considered

Experience as a floor layer in social housing is desirable.
Experience with safety flooring
Full clean driving licence is essential
CSCS card is required
NVQ or equivalent in floor laying
