Our client, a large property services company based in Merseyside, is seeking a Floor Layer for their responsive repairs team due to an increase in work.
Candidates should have experience as a floor layer in social housing, familiarity with safety flooring, and a full clean driving license, along with a CSCS card.
An NVQ or equivalent in floor laying is required for this position.
The job involves duties such as vinyl flooring, screeding, floor tiling, and wet room flooring, with a salary that reflects the experience.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering 39-hour weeks, with a van and fuel card provided, and candidates must be willing to be paid PAYE.

To be considered

Experience as a floor layer in social housing is desirable.
Experience with safety flooring
Full clean driving licence is essential
CSCS card is required
NVQ or equivalent in floor laying
