We are delighted to be working with our client to find an ambitious Education and Partnerships Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the delivery of their high-quality PE programs, clubs, and holiday camps across the North-West.
This is the ideal role for someone who is a driven and strategic leader with a passion for physical education and operations management.
About the role
- Title: Education and Partnerships Operations LeadRole: Permanent/Full time
- Position: Remote role covering Wirral, Merseyside, Warrington
- Salary: £30,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of PE coaches and teachers
- Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality, safeguarding, and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
- Manage budgets, streamline operations, and improve processes
- Provide hands-on support when needed, including covering sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong leader with excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience in operations, education, sports, or a related sector
- Financially savvy with experience in budgeting and funding applications
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A confident communicator with a talent for building partnerships
- A driver with access to a car, willing to travel across the North-West
