We are delighted to be working with our client to find an ambitious Education and Partnerships Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the delivery of their high-quality PE programs, clubs, and holiday camps across the North-West.

This is the ideal role for someone who is a driven and strategic leader with a passion for physical education and operations management.

  • Position: Remote role covering Wirral, Merseyside, Warrington
  • Salary: £30,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of PE coaches and teachers
  • Oversee program delivery, ensuring quality, safeguarding, and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
  • Manage budgets, streamline operations, and improve processes
  • Provide hands-on support when needed, including covering sessions
