We are recruiting for a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our client's growing team. The role involves ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across various high-profile projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Develop and manage HSE policies, risk assessments, and environmental initiatives.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Oversee HSE training, using digital tools to enhance learning and record keeping.
  • Lead the investigation of incidents and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage the HSE aspects of in-house and subcontractor operations, ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HSE management, preferably within construction.
  • Proficiency with HSE software platforms, audit tools, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
