Based out of their head office in Birkenhead, Wirral they are roofing and liquid waterproofing specialists that operate nationally.They have been at the forefront of maintaining and protecting a comprehensive building portfolio, working within challenging and diverse environments which includes schools, hospitals, offices, industrial buildings and leisure centres.With a long-term view of growing the business whilst ensuring they and all associated suppliers are operating correctly and effectively in all areas of the business in accordance with Health & Safety CDM legislation requirements, there now exists an opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to join the business and take responsibility for all site activities from a H&S perspective.The Role The Health & Saftey Manager's role is to work closely with the Operations Manager, Managing Director, office management teams, company Contracts Managers, Senior Site Supervisor, Site Supervisors, site personnel and appointed sub-contractors to ensure all required safety management/training and implementation are in accordance with the current Health & Safety Executive requirements.The successful candidate will have a high degree of experience and capabilities within a Health & Safety role, preferably within the construction or building industry.
