Ideally you will have a current enhanced DBS on the update service.
Expereince in a similar position is essential to be considered for these vacancies.
As a Support Worker, you’ll be providing practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs. Each day will be different, but your key responsibilities will include:
- Helping with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Supporting clients to stay active, whether that’s attending appointments, taking part in social activities, or exploring hobbies.
- Promoting independence and encouraging confidence in daily life.
- Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns.

- Has great communication skills and can work well as part of a team.
- Is flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of helping people live comfortably and independently. Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Helping with meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Supporting individuals with mobility, including the use of aids or hoists.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Personal care.
- Carrying out light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes.
