The Primary Role
- Managing the team, ensuring we deliver an exceptional guest experience through speed and efficiency.
- Budget & P&L Control ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Managing the team members journey from interview through to growing within the business, championing their knowledge, and developing people within the team
- Ensure that all team members are fully trained and regularly appraised, in line with company standard.
- Overseeing the MGMT Team to ensure clear communication, consistent standards, full attention towards service & training, financial forecasting and control, maintenance and cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Control Labour %
- Curate staff incentives and training schedules
- Management and review of the Guest Journey through Service Criteria and Standards
- Ensure that HR Procedures are followed throughout the business, including company onboarding and recruitment processes.
- Incident Reporting & Reviews
- Management of Compliance Systems including Trail
- Ensuring that quality control is adhered to regarding food and drinks.
