Hours of work....

39 hours per week; Monday Friday; with the ability to work flexibly

What makes you the ideal candidate for the role

  • You are committed, driven, have person centred values and want to make a difference to the lives of young people
  • You have an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent and also a level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management Children & Young People (the latter could be willing to work towards)
  • You have considerable management experience working with young people in a residential setting
  • You are a dedicated and compassionate leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills
