The School and Role

This small and welcoming, one-form entry primary school in Smithdown, are looking to appoint a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to support in Year 6.  The role will be full-time and will start immediately, with a strong potential of becoming permanent should the candidate be the right fit.

This charming primary school was marked as Good following their latest Ofsted inspection.  Their goal is to encourage a strong focus on high aspirations and on improving outcomes for children and young people with SEN, which will enable them to succeed in their education and make a successful transition into adulthood.

Requirements

The desired Classroom Assistant will have;

-          Experience of working with primary school aged children

-          A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

-          An ability to work as part of a team

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
