About the Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities.
- Assist with creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued.
- Encourage the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils in the EYFS setting.
- Work closely with children, supporting small groups or individuals as needed.
- Contribute to planning, assessment, and the smooth running of the classroom.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
- Is passionate about early childhood education and understands the importance of play-based learning.
- Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
- Has strong communication and organizational skills.
- Holds a relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential).
