About the Role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in our Reception class, you will:
- Provide dedicated support to a child with additional needs, helping them engage with the curriculum and build their social and emotional skills.
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere that encourages the childs confidence and independence.
- Track progress and maintain effective communication with staff and parents.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly in Early Years.
- Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
- Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Works well as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and families.
- Holds a relevant qualification, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
