About the Role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in our Reception class, you will:
- Provide tailored support to a child with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop their social and emotional skills.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualized learning strategies.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment to encourage the childs confidence and independence.
- Monitor progress and communicate effectively with staff and parents.

About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children in a primary school setting, ideally within Early Years.
- Is patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Is a team player, ready to work collaboratively with staff and families.
- Has relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
