Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic individuals with a background in Psychology for a position at a SEND School in Liverpool. This role involves supporting students with additional needs and offers an excellent opportunity for Psychology graduates to apply their knowledge and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with various additional needs.
• Monitor and track student progress.
• Create a supportive environment to foster both social and academic development.
• Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver effective support.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will work with children aged 3-19 years old who have diverse needs, including but not limited to:

• Dyslexia
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues
• Global Developmental Delay
• Moderate Learning Difficulties
• Visual Impairments
• Medical Needs
