About the Role: Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to join our team as Teaching Assistants in SEND schools across Liverpool. This role offers you the chance to work alongside experienced educators, supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEND
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A Psychology graduate (or related field)
  • Passionate about working with children and young people with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and understanding
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
