About the Role: Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to join our team and work in SEND schools across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEND in a 1:1 or small group setting
  • Assist with the development and delivery of tailored educational plans
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Provide emotional and academic support to students
  • Monitor and report on student progress
