Job Title: SEMH Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized behaviour intervention plans, providing mentorship and training to staff, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care. Experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or mental health challenges is essential, and familiarity with positive behaviour support strategies will be a significant advantage.
