Job Title: Teacher of A Level Law Location: Merseyside Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience Eden Brown are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable A Level Law Lecturer to join a leading sixth form college in Merseyside. This role involves teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students to excel in their studies while nurturing their interest in the field of law. The successful candidate will have a passion for law, an engaging teaching style, and a commitment to supporting our students in achieving their academic goals. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, deliver, and assess A Level Law lessons in line with the exam board curriculum. * Create an engaging, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that fosters critical thinking and a deeper understanding of legal principles. * Develop and use innovative teaching resources and methodologies to ensure student engagement and progress. * Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and work collaboratively with other departments to support student achievement. * Participate in department meetings, professional development opportunities, and contribute to curriculum development. Qualifications and Experience: * Degree in Law or a closely related field (required) a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is highly desirable. * Experience teaching A Level Law, with a proven track record of excellent student outcomes. * Strong knowledge of the A Level Law curriculum and assessment requirements. * Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
