Key Responsibilities:
Provide focused support to individual pupils and small groups across various year groups.
Assist the class teacher in establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to engaging lessons and activities that foster creativity and learning.
Promote the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who:
Has prior experience working with children in an educational environment.
Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent).
Is enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about inspiring a love for learning.
Exhibits excellent communication and teamwork skills with a proactive mindset.
