Vision For Education is thrilled to offer this unique and exceptional opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to enter the education sector. We collaborate with our client schools to provide successful Trainee Teaching Assistants with top-notch training and paid on-the-job experience.

Upon passing a successful interview and completing suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will work to secure you a paid placement in a secondary school to further hone your skills. We will help you develop your identity as an educator and offer guidance on how to support secondary-aged pupils. Before starting your placement, you will undergo a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with the essential skills needed to excel as a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistants play a crucial role in the smooth operation of any school. The most effective Teaching Assistants possess excellent communication skills and a deep passion for supporting the daily needs of all children. They are adept at building relationships with staff, children, and their families.

The responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant vary from school to school. You might assist the teacher with whole-class instruction, run small group interventions, or work one-on-one to ensure every child's needs are met, allowing them to thrive.
