We are currently recruiting for a number of roles in the area for Teaching Assistants to work with children in Mainstream and Specialist provision schools with Special Educational Needs.


We can offer free further training and development online, followed by a paid 2 day trial shadowing another member of staff in school.
Your online training will be in the following areas:

  • Safeguarding "Keeping Children Safe in Education"
  • Expectations of a Teaching Assistant
  • Scaffolding Learning and supporting in the delivery of lessons
  • Identifying and supporting Special Educational Needs children
  • Behaviour management skills


Working as a Teaching Assistant you will benefit from:

  • A salary up to 23,807 (full-time equivalent)
  • Working Term Time only 8:30-3:30
