Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday - 10:15 - 18:15
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Lead:Manage a team of cleaners, ensuring they follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Quality Control:Inspect and evaluate cleaning work to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management:Monitor cleaning supplies, order replacements, and maintain inventory levels.
- Training and Development:Train new cleaners and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance.
- Communication:Collaborate with school staff, addressing any cleaning-related issues promptly.
- Health and Safety:Ensure all cleaning activities adhere to safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience:Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within a cleaning team.
- Organisational Skills:Ability to manage schedules, prioritise tasks, and oversee multiple areas.
- Attention to Detail:Keen eye for cleanliness and quality control.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility:Willingness to adapt to changing needs and work outside regular hours if required.
- DBS Check:Successful candidates will undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
