About the Role

As a Junior L&D Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Learning & Development team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating training schedules and maintaining records.
  • Supporting the onboarding process with learning materials.
  • Communicating with employees and external providers regarding training needs.
  • Assisting with the creation and organization of learning content.
  • Managing the L&D database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
