Your New Organisation

Values driven, charitable organisation based in Liverpool currently seeking a HR Manager (REMOTE) on an interim basis to join their team on a 3-month FTC initially. An excellent opportunity for an experienced senior HR professional who has a background supporting in a generalist HR capacity, who also has strong experience supporting with TUPE transfers.

Your New Role

Reporting into the Head of HR & Payroll, the HR Manager plays a pivotal role in the delivery of the People & OD Strategy and the professional, responsive, and compliant delivery of people support services.As Group HR Manager, you will also lead the People Support Team, (one direct report), who provide a central transactional support service to the organisation on all aspects of people management and support.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team, providing expert advice, coaching, mentoring, guidance, and support in all aspects of the organisation's people agenda and the delivery of strategic business objectives.

Key Objective: To support in the delivery of corporate change programmes - including organisational restructures / change processes, TUPE, mergers, or acquisitions.
