Head of HR // Growing Business // Liverpool // Fully office based roleAre you a proactive and dynamic HR Manager looking to make a real impact in a fast-growing business? I am seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the people strategy, drive a high-performance culture, and ensure our team thrives.As my client continues to grow, this role will manage the entire HR function, from talent management and employee engagement to compensation, training, compliance, and workplace safety. If you're passionate about creating a best-in-class employee experience and shaping HR policies in an exciting, evolving environment, I'd love to hear from you!What You'll Be Doing:

-Shaping HR Strategy: Build and implement HR best practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations.-Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with agencies, lead recruitment efforts, and develop an apprenticeship scheme.-Organisational Structure: Create and maintain a company-wide organogram to support business growth.-Employee Contracts & Benefits: Regularly review contracts, notice periods, and benefits, presenting recommendations to leadership.-Performance & Development: Design and roll out an annual performance review process and personal development plans.-Culture & Engagement: Support company-wide initiatives, recognising key events-HR Insights & Reporting: Provide quarterly HR KPIs, including diversity rates, employee performance, hiring stats, and attrition.-Health & Safety Compliance: Work alongside department heads to ensure best practices are in place across the company.-Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Develop initiatives that drive a more diverse and inclusive workplace.-Employee Feedback: Implement an employee survey process and ongoing feedback loop to enhance workplace engagement.

What We're Looking For:

-CIPD qualified (or equivalent HR degree)-5+ years of HR management experience in a fast-paced environment-Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices-Proficient in HR software and data-driven decision-making-A strategic thinker with excellent communication & leadership skills-Passionate about culture, people development, and employee well-being
