055 is extremely pleased to work with a leading Recruitment Company based in Liverpool, who is currently looking for a billing recruitment team leader to join their growing business.

The Role

You will be a hands-on leader and you will look after a team of 3 junior recruitment consultants covering Data, AI, ERP and Cloud. You will be responsible for the growth of your team and you will be looking to bring new additions. You will make sure the company’s standards are met and you will bring suggestions and new ideas to the board. You will focus on the UK, European and US contract and permanent markets helping clients with their recruitment needs.

  • Develop new business opportunities

  • Being a pivotal part of the strategic growth of the business

  • Build and drive a team of specialist recruitment consultants

  • Oversee the work with existing clients to maximise business opportunities

  • Link international business

  • Lead the research, secure and manage new businesses

  • Monitor the quality services delivered by the recruitment team
