Are you a skilled recruiter looking for your next internal challenge? I'm searching for a Talent Manager / Internal Recruiter to join a thriving business located just outside Liverpool City Centre. This is an initial 6-month Fixed-Term Contract, with the potential to become permanent, as the business continues to grow rapidly.

As Talent Manager/Internal Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the workforce to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinating and conducting interviews to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
