An HR Advisor is sought to join the vibrant Human Resources team at our non-profit organisation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the HR department in personnel management and maintaining policies and procedures.

Description

  • Support the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR role within a non-profit organisation.
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
