Join our client’s team as an HR Advisor in People Services, where you will play a crucial role in delivering a customer-centric HR administration service from hire to retire. This position reports directly to the People Services Manager and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our vision.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide exemplary first-line HR administrative support to managers, employees, HR, and external stakeholders globally.
  • Handle new starters administration, onboarding, changes to employment and personal details, benefits, and compensation.
  • Prepare data and entries to support the payroll process and manage end-of-employment administration.
  • Maintain accurate employee records both electronically and on paper.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for at least one area of service, resolving complex issues and coaching team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and services, identifying and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider People Services team and HR function to align services with business needs.
  • Ensure high standards of confidentiality and compliance with Data Protection legislation and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the full recruit to retire lifecycle, procedures, and policies.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law applied to employee cases and queries.
  • Experience in reviewing and improving HR processes.
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Solution-focused with a proactive approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience in a shared service environment and familiarity with HR Information Systems like Oracle is preferred.
