A great opportunity working for a Global Business of approx 4000 employees. You will be based in Liverpool working as part of a large HR Team supporting employees based overseas.

Description

路 To put the employee / customer first in our delivery of excellent service at all times

路 Provide and coach others in the delivery of an accurate and timely first line HR administrative support to Managers, Employees, HR and where required external stakeholders across the global business, including but not exclusive to:

路 New starters administration and onboarding

路 Changes to employment and personal details

路 Changes to benefits and compensation

路 Preparation of data and entries to support the payroll process as required

路 End of employment administration

路 Ad-hoc reporting and file management

路 Employment correspondence and documentation

路 Maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based)

路 Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one area of the service

路 Be the first point of escalation for your expert areas on any transactions, contractual or procedural actions and queries that require review, guidance, or problem resolution. Taking personal responsibility to ensure that a satisfactory outcome is reached

路 Take ownership of delivering your part in individual and team objectives/SLAs /KPIs, maintaining a high standard of quality, protecting, and enhancing the integrity of our company at all times

路 Proactively maintain your internal and external knowledge of the policies, processes, systems and services through self-driven learning and drawing on the knowledge available through peers and resources

路 Proactively identify and where appropriate lead the implementation of changes and improvements to processes and services driven by internal or external factors

Profile

路 You understand of the importance of a great employee experience within an organisation

路 You have a deep understanding of the full recruit to retire lifecycle, procedures, and policies

路 You apply a strong working knowledge of employment law to employee cases and queries

路 You are confident to act as a subject matter expert in a process or service and can coach others in the adoption of HR processes and procedures

路 You have been involved in the review and improvement of HR processes

路 You can work towards tight deadlines with high volumes and conflicting demands

路 You are self-motivated, well organised and can work with minimum supervision

路 You are solution focused, with a proactive approach and 'can do' attitude

路 You are a strong and proactive communicator both written and verbal

路 You are highly confident in working with standard office software such as Microsoft Office and have strong skills in Excel and Word.
