HR Advisor Opportunity, Liverpool City Centre

About the Role

Role: Permanent, full time

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Salary: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a variety of ER cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
  • Providing expert advice and coaching to line managers on HR policies and best practices.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment law and internal policies, keeping up to date with legislation changes.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supporting the development and rollout of HR initiatives and policies across the business.
  • Supporting the wider HR team on any projects or needs of the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in handling ER cases, disciplinaries, and grievances confidently.
  • Ability to advise, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve HR issues effectively.
  • Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified
