About the Role
Role: Permanent, full time
Location: Liverpool City Centre

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a variety of ER cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
- Providing expert advice and coaching to line managers on HR policies and best practices.
- Ensuring adherence to employment law and internal policies, keeping up to date with legislation changes.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supporting the development and rollout of HR initiatives and policies across the business.
- Supporting the wider HR team on any projects or needs of the business.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in handling ER cases, disciplinaries, and grievances confidently.
- Ability to advise, influence, and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to resolve HR issues effectively.
- Comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified
