  • Providing sound HR Advice across a diverse business
  • Effective case management and advising a diverse business around all ER activities
  • Working with the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Delivering induction and training programmes
  • Managing and driving engagement activities

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • HR Advisory, particularly ER
  • CIPD qualified to level 5
  • Generalist HR experience
  • Solid understanding of all employment legislation
