Description
Duties of the HR Advisor role:
- Overseeing employee relations and managing conflict resolution
- Coaching and supporting the managers on complex ER casework
- Managing recruitment processes and onboarding new staff members
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies
- Leading HR projects as required
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
- Implementing training and development initiatives
- Coordinating performance management processes
- Contributing to the positive culture and values of the company
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Knowledge of current UK employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
