An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a market leading business, supporting a multi-site operation with sites in Liverpool and Greater Manchester. You will support the managers with ER cases, understanding the complexities and challenges of the industry.

Description

Duties of the HR Advisor role:

  • Overseeing employee relations and managing conflict resolution
  • Coaching and supporting the managers on complex ER casework
  • Managing recruitment processes and onboarding new staff members

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation

Profile
