Search is delighted to bring to the market and HR Advisor role with a leading global business based in Liverpool. Our client is a dynamic and innovative organisation committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. The HR Advisor will contribute to the mission of supporting employees and driving organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
* Reviewing and developing HR Policies
* Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
* Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Degree Qualification and CIPD Qualified
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
