The HR Advisor will contribute to the mission of supporting employees and driving organisational success.Key Responsibilities:* Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices * Reviewing and developing HR Policies* Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.* Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.* Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:* Degree Qualification and CIPD Qualified * Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
