We are looking for a Standalone HR Business Partner to join a thriving and growing business in Liverpool. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage a varied generalist workload, drive change, and support the business in achieving its goals.

The Role:

As the Standalone HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead and deliver the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Take a hands-on approach to ensure HR compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support the leadership team in managing a diverse, fast-paced workload with tight deadlines.
  • Foster an approachable, collaborative culture across multiple sites, building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.

  • You're a proactive, self-starter with the confidence and resilience to thrive in a standalone role.
  • You have a proven track record as a generalist HR professional, ideally in a fast-paced, multisite environment.
  • You're approachable, hands-on, and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and operational tasks.
  • You excel under pressure, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
