People Partner // Permanent // Liverpool // Hybrid Working // Up to £38,000

Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and strategic projects? Do you thrive in providing expert guidance and building strong relationships across a business?

I'm excited to be partnering with a leading organisation in Liverpool to recruit a People Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers the chance to make a real impact by supporting key HR functions, offering expert procedural advice, and driving forward meaningful projects that shape the company's people strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and staff on a range of HR matters, including terms and conditions, pay, recruitment, employment law, and policies.
  • Providing hands-on support with employee relations cases, investigations, and formal procedures.
  • Supporting leaders with the Staff Attendance procedure, including referrals to Occupational Health, attending sickness review meetings, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes - from advertising roles and arranging interviews to conducting pre-employment checks and issuing contracts.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Leading a specific area of HR, providing expertise and guidance to colleagues.
  • Assisting with staff inductions, employee engagement initiatives, and key HR projects that enhance the employee experience.

  • Proven experience in an HR advisory role with a focus on employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
