I'm excited to be partnering with a leading organisation in Liverpool to recruit a People Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This hybrid role offers the chance to make a real impact by supporting key HR functions, offering expert procedural advice, and driving forward meaningful projects that shape the company's people strategy.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and staff on a range of HR matters, including terms and conditions, pay, recruitment, employment law, and policies.
- Providing hands-on support with employee relations cases, investigations, and formal procedures.
- Supporting leaders with the Staff Attendance procedure, including referrals to Occupational Health, attending sickness review meetings, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes - from advertising roles and arranging interviews to conducting pre-employment checks and issuing contracts.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Leading a specific area of HR, providing expertise and guidance to colleagues.
- Assisting with staff inductions, employee engagement initiatives, and key HR projects that enhance the employee experience.

- Proven experience in an HR advisory role with a focus on employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and support the wider team.
