The Role:As the Standalone HR Business Partner, you will:
- Lead and deliver the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Take a hands-on approach to ensure HR compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the leadership team in managing a diverse, fast-paced workload with tight deadlines.
- Foster an approachable, collaborative culture across multiple sites, building strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- You're a proactive, self-starter with the confidence and resilience to thrive in a standalone role.
- You have a proven track record as a generalist HR professional, ideally in a fast-paced, multisite environment.
- You're approachable, hands-on, and adaptable, with the ability to balance strategic initiatives and operational tasks.
- You excel under pressure, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
