The HR Officer will provide comprehensive HR support in our well-established not-for-profit organisation. This role is integral to the smooth running of the Human Resources department and the wider organisation.

Description

  • Delivering efficient HR administrative support across the organisation
  • Assisting in the recruitment process, from job advertisement to onboarding
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in line with GDPR regulations
  • Supporting the HR Manager with disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Coordinating training and development activities
  • Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Managing the leaver's process and conducting exit interviews
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and GDPR regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
