The HR Officer will provide comprehensive HR support in our well-established not-for-profit organisation. This role is integral to the smooth running of the Human Resources department and the wider organisation.

Description
- Delivering efficient HR administrative support across the organisation
- Assisting in the recruitment process, from job advertisement to onboarding
- Maintaining and updating employee records in line with GDPR regulations
- Supporting the HR Manager with disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Coordinating training and development activities
- Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Managing the leaver's process and conducting exit interviews
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures
- Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of employment law and GDPR regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
