We are currently seeking an immediately available and experienced HR Business Partner to work in a strategic, yet operationally bias role to partner key stakeholders and drive change programmes.

Description

The Senior HR Business Partner will work closely with senior leaders to align business objectives with strategic people initiatives. This role requires an experienced HR professional adept at influencing leadership, managing change, and delivering impactful HR solutions that support the organisation's growth and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities include;

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Collaborates with senior leaders to design and implement a comprehensive people strategy
    • Provides expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
  • Organisational Development:
    • Leads initiatives to foster a high-performance culture through engagement programmes and leadership development
    • Oversees the design and delivery of change management strategies to support organisational transformation
  • Employee Relations and Well-being:
    • Advises on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices
    • Promotes employee well-being and contributes to an inclusive and positive workplace culture
  • HR Projects and Innovation:
    • Drives innovation in HR by leading projects focused on diversity and inclusion, reward frameworks, and digital transformation
    • Utilises HR metrics to provide insights that influence decision-making at the senior level
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and serves as a proactive and influential advisor
    • Works collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality, consistent HR service

You will be based in their Liverpool office. You will need to be available to be in an office environment for 3 to 4 days per week - with flexibility to working hours when needed. You will be required to travel across the UK to other sites, on an ad-hoc basis - likely once a month.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong HR background within a fast-paced and highly commercial environment
  • Proven strategic experience with the ability to deliver operational where required
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
  • You will ideally be MCIPD or Associate Level 7
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach and a proven ability to deliver results
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience in managing complex projects, including organisational change and culture development

You will ideally be immediately available.

You will need to be available to be in an office environment for 3 to 4 days per week - with flexibility to working hours when needed.

Job Offer

This role offers a salary of £65,000 to £75,000 per annum (dependant on experience), plus a suite of benefits.
