HR Business Partner - Standalone Role | Multi-Site Business | Career Progression Opportunity

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and people-focused HR profesionnal or Junior HR Business Partner to step into their first standalone HR management role.

Joining a multi-site business with a strong focus on culture, you will play a key role in shaping and embedding a positive and engaged working environment. This is a hands-on, visible HR role where you will build strong relationships across the business, champion employee engagement, and drive cultural initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Partnering with leaders to enhance company culture and employee experience
  • Implementing HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and retention
  • Advising on all aspects of HR, including ER, talent development, and change management
  • Providing guidance and support across multiple sites, ensuring consistency in approach
  • Developing and delivering training to upskill managers and employees
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures align with business goals and best practices
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in an HR role at Advisor or Business Partner level
  • A passion for culture, engagement, and employee experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • The confidence to work autonomously and drive initiatives forward
  • Multi-site experience or the ability to travel between locations
  • CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable
